What does the $149 onboarding fee apply to?+
It applies to Visibility Management and Complete Local Growth, not to standalone Google Review Growth or Listings Management. When a platform account must be set up for Visibility Management, onboarding is a separate funded milestone due within three days of job start; the remaining engagement balance is due at 30-day completion. Search plans have their own $299 onboarding, and managed website onboarding is shown on each plan.
Can the Visibility Management setup fee be waived?+
It is waived when you move to Visibility Management after a paid initial optimization / 3-Day Sprint that already completed the hands-on setup. The full $399 monthly rate remains unchanged. A diagnostic-only engagement or a Google Review Growth subscription does not qualify.
Is Complete Local Growth discounted?+
No. Visibility Management is $399/month, Google Review Growth is $59/month, and Listings Management is $39/month. Together they total $497/month, plus one $149 onboarding fee.
Can I buy Organic & AI Visibility on its own?+
No. The $599/month service is attached to GBP management. Standard scope is one business, one website, one primary market, and up to seven priority pages, with $299 onboarding and a three-month initial term. Complete Search Growth combines it with Complete Local Growth at $997/month plus $299 onboarding.
Is the included companion a custom managed website?+
The optional Living Website Companion is a standardized extension of Visibility Management, with build and hosting included while the qualifying subscription is active. Supported posts, approved FAQs, reviews, photos, and hours update automatically. Custom design, migrations, extensive manual content, and complex integrations are separate. Fit, approved content, domain arrangements, permission, ownership, export availability, and exit terms are confirmed before launch.
What are the managed website payment and ownership terms?+
Starter Managed is $129 onboarding plus $129/month; Growth Managed is $249 onboarding plus $249/month. Each is structured around 12 monthly payments, with onboarding and month one funded before work begins and each later month funded in advance. The site stays on Allen’s infrastructure during the term. Files and transferable assets are released after the term, with an optional $299 post-term transfer including one standard technical handoff. An early buyout is a voluntary, case-by-case quote for early file release, not a termination fee or debt. Growth Ownership is $1,999 one time, with ownership from launch and no transfer fee.
What counts as a minor website update?+
Changes to existing text, images, contact information, hours, or offers within the plan’s monthly time allowance. New pages, articles, redesigns, substantial rewriting, custom graphics, migrations, and integrations are separate. Heavy rewriting or research for a supplied article can move it to a higher content tier with your approval.
When does standard pricing become custom?+
Additional locations beyond standard scope, unusually competitive markets, larger sites, expanded content, extra websites or markets, more than seven priority SEO pages, migrations, recovery complications, and complex integrations require scope confirmation. Channels, SMS availability, usage, and implementation work for Multi-Platform Reputation are confirmed before quoting.
