Frequently asked questions
Clear expectations before the work begins.
Answers about fit, implementation, evidence, results, agency relationships, and the correct way for prospective Upwork clients to continue the conversation.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
I work with local businesses, multi-location groups, professional practices, and agencies that need stronger Google Business Profile, review, or reputation operations.
Do you guarantee rankings, review volume, or revenue?
No. I build compliant systems and make evidence-led recommendations, but rankings and commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside any consultant’s control.
How do you document performance claims?
Where available, I use dated source reporting, defined measurement periods, comparable settings, calculation notes, and a clear description of my contribution. Incomplete evidence is labeled rather than overstated.
Can you work through an agency?
Yes. I can support an agency directly while keeping the agency and end-client relationship clear, as shown in the multi-location automotive case study.
Do you work with a specific reputation software platform?
No single platform defines the consulting approach. I work with the reporting and operational environment available to the client and focus on the system, governance, and measurement requirements.
Can you help with implementation as well as strategy?
Yes. Depending on scope, I can audit, design, implement, document, or manage the operating system. Every engagement starts with diagnosis so the implementation matches the actual problem.
How should prospective Upwork clients contact you?
Please view my Upwork profile and continue the conversation there. Communication, contracting, and payment for prospective Upwork engagements remain on Upwork.
